Maneesh Sharma, Esq.
Maneesh Sharma is one of the managing partners of the law firm and specializes in asset protection and estate planning. Maneesh started his practice in civil litigation and through his litigation practice, developed a strong understanding of the collections process of litigation judgements which lead him to appreciate asset protection and focus on this area of law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Maneesh achieved an B.A. in Biology and Masters of Health Administration from the University of Southern California. Upon graduating USC, he became a hospital administrator for Tenet Corporation where he focused on marketing and business development. He became one of the youngest business development managers in company history. Through his position, he started gaining an understanding of the law and how it can be used to benefit both doctors and nurses that worked in the hospital. This lead him to Loyola Law School. During law school, he worked both as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing program and consultant for Primary Insight (a subsidiary of Bear Stearns New York). Upon graduation, he was awarded a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Patrick Madden where he began learning about litigation.
Maneesh leads the law firm and although focuses on asset protection and estate planning, he is knowledgeable about all of the service areas of the law firm. He is also in charge of business development, product line development, marketing, and operations.

Diana Kliche, Esq.
Diana is one of the managing partners of the law firm. She focuses her practice on estate planning and asset protection. She also is in charge of compliance, the financial operations of the firm, and managing the attorneys. Diana attended Occidental College and then went to Loyola Law School, Los Angeles for her law degree. Prior to becoming an attorney, Diana was a financial planner for Trilogy where she focused on wealth management for high-end clientele, which lead her to becoming an estate-planning attorney.
In her spare time, she is avid traveler. She has been around the world, and even studied abroad through college, and law school. She is also an animal advocate and volunteer's endless hours of time to ASPCA. Diana is happily married and has a good balance between her work and personal life.

Jeremy Joseph, Esq.
Jeremy M. Joseph, Esq is a savvy family law attorney with compassion for difficult family dynamics and the emotional hardships that accompany the marriage dissolution process. Mr. Joseph began his legal career in 2008 working as a commercial litigator, before moving "in-house" to advise several large organizations as general counsel. Mr. Joseph ultimately dedicated his practice strictly to family law after enduring his own unnecessarily difficult and expensive divorce.
Mr. Joseph knows first-hand the problems that can arise when navigating this difficult season of life. He's motivated to help families avoid unnecessary expense and stress, so that all involved can achieve the best outcome and move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Mr. Joseph has experience with all aspects of dissolution including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, asset division, and all related issues.

Mr. Joseph studied business at Emory University before earning his J.D. at Loyola Law School, where he served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court.
Michael J. Eyre, Esq.
Michael is our head of the civil litigation and also acts as of counsel to our law firm. He attended University of California Irvine for his B.A. in English Literature, and went to law school at Western State University, College of Law. Michael also has a Post-Baccalaureate in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach.
Michael has over 30 years of civil litigation experience and has tried a number of cases in almost all aspects of general civil litigation including personal injury, products liability, general liability, insurance defense, insurance bad faith, business litigation, and real estate litigation. Michael is a very versed trial attorney. Unlike many litigation attorneys that are hesitant to go to trial, this is not the case Michael.
Michael has received a number of awards throughout his career including: Southern California Top Attorneys (2013-2020), Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award (2013-2019), and AVVO Client’s Choice Award (General Practice -2012). Michael is also a 10/10 rated attorney on AVVO, and has a preeminent rating on Martindale-Hubbell.

Hope Baldivino, Esq.
Hope Baldivino is our estate planning and immigration attorney. She attended UCLA and then Pacific Coast University for her law degree. After passing the bar exam, she then acquired her notary license. Prior to focusing on her current practice areas, she acted as in house counsel for a corporation. She brings a plethora of experience in estate planning, asset protection, and all areas of family based immigration.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and most importantly spending time with her husband and three children.
